Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Develop and implement educational programs to promote patient understanding and self-management of their dialysis treatment.
- Supervise and mentor dialysis technicians to ensure optimal patient care and efficient treatment delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 12 months' experience in dialysis nursing, with a focus on chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, and peritoneal dialysis.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) degree.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
