About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to patients with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Develop and implement educational programs to promote patient understanding and self-management of their dialysis treatment.
  • Supervise and mentor dialysis technicians to ensure optimal patient care and efficient treatment delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in dialysis nursing, with a focus on chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) degree.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
