Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will possess training from MMI/UTI/WyoTech and have practical experience in motorcycle servicing. A commitment to quality work, a positive attitude, and the ability to ensure insurability are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly diagnose and repair a range of motorcycles, including brands such as Harley, Yamaha, Triumph, and BMW.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics on service items and effectively communicate repair requirements.
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, safety-oriented environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Ensure a clean and professional workspace, strictly following safety protocols during test rides.
- Mentor and assist less experienced technicians, ensuring timely completion of tasks to high standards.
- Comply with dealership policies and dress codes, contributing positively to departmental success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, demonstrating flexibility in work schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MMI or ATI certification or equivalent experience in servicing modern motorcycles, trikes, and ATVs.
- Possess a valid M1 class license with a clean driving history.
- Previous certification from an accredited Trade School in mechanics is a plus.
- Experience with multiple brands, particularly Yamaha, BMW, Triumph, and Harley-Davidson, is preferred.
