Job Overview

BryceTech, a leading technology transfer and commercialization expert, seeks a highly skilled Technology Transfer Innovation Specialist to support its NASA Technology Transfer Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze NASA technologies to determine their commercial potential and inform patent decision-making processes.
  • Develop licensing strategies for NASA inventions with high commercial promise, including identifying key value propositions and potential licensees.
  • Market patented NASA technologies to industry, generating interest from potential licensees and delivering initial technology pitches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Ph.D.-level inventors, NASA technology transfer personnel, and industry decision-makers.
  • Draft compelling marketing materials, including flyers and summaries, to promote NASA patented inventions.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technology assessment, scouting, and transition, preferably supporting federal technology transfer programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on time.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
Compensation Package

This is a remote position offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and educational reimbursement program.
