Salary: $80,580 - $109,020 per year, depending on experience and location.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Confidentiality Specialist, where you will be responsible for providing multi-disciplined security support to our customers' facilities and organizations. Your primary function will be to provide day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.

You will perform various tasks, including classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence, assisting in the maintenance of document accountability databases, processing classified mail and receipt records, and performing destruction of classified materials.

In addition, you will process magnetic media for accountability, provide reproduction support for classified materials, maintain daily logs for administrative functions, assist in the processing of data transfer files, and transfer electronic data files to internal customers.

You will also maintain customer databases, assist with researching and processing visit notices, escort facility visitors, and conduct entry and exit inspections. Furthermore, you will assist in maintaining access control systems, perform data entry to personnel access security systems, and maintain personnel security files.

Your responsibilities will also include following and enforcing standard operating procedures, providing support for security awareness and education programs, and performing miscellaneous administrative tasks as directed by the site lead or Senior Security Representative.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. You should be familiar with security policies and manuals, as well as have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
