Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Electrician to join our team at Radius Packaging. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and systems in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute plans for electrical wiring and services to new and existing equipment
  • Perform complex troubleshooting of industrial electrical and electronic systems
  • Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, and other electrical components
  • Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance
  • Maintain, repair, install, and test switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators, and reactors
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Licensed as a Master Electrician
  • Minimum of 3 years recent working experience in an industrial environment as an Electrician
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment
  • Awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team member or alone to complete projects
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to electrical systems and equipment. The ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds and work in temperatures ranging from 60-110 F is also required.
