Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating, inspecting, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Troubleshooting electrical issues, performing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and complying with safety codes and regulations.
  • Using electrical test equipment, installing Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, and maintaining detailed maintenance records.
  • Providing technical guidance and task coordination for coworkers, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of seven years experience as a licensed electrician.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Prior experience with DDC and EMS preferred.
  • Master Electrician license as dictated by local electrical codes.
