Collaborating closely with our nursing staff, you will maintain comprehensive medication records and provide essential support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medication Management: Administer medications accurately as prescribed, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure meticulous maintenance of medication records and documentation, upholding the highest standards of accuracy and accountability.
  • Medication Reconciliation: Assist in the reconciliation of medications during resident admissions and discharges, facilitating seamless transitions in care.
  • Safety Monitoring: Promptly report any medication errors or adverse reactions to nursing staff, prioritizing the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Patient Education: Engage in medication education initiatives for residents and their families, fostering understanding and adherence.
  • Team Collaboration: Comply with all facility policies and procedures regarding medication administration, working cohesively with the team to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Medication Technician (CMT): Hold a valid CMT certification, showcasing your expertise and dedication to patient care.
