  • Technician Development: Provide training, coaching, and guidance to maintenance technicians to support their development and improve maintenance programs.
  • Goal Achievement: Collaborate with the Vehicle Maintenance Department to meet goals and objectives, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Vehicle Maintenance Planning: Plan and schedule vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance histories, including oil analysis and PMI audit results.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure a safe working environment for employees, vehicle operators, passengers, and others, and maintain high-quality standards for vehicle maintenance.
  • Workforce Management: Direct and manage the maintenance workforce, including managing bargaining agreements and operating systems.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and provide feedback on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team and management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that quality assurance requirements are met at all levels of the department, and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements:

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) on problems identified with parts.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the training and QA team to review PMI audit results and implement improvements.
