Job Summary

Steward Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Detox Unit setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate total nursing care for patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Participate in patient and family teaching, providing education and support to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, fostering a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience in a similar setting.
  • Current MA RN License and BLS certification required.
  • Additional certifications, such as MORCAP, may be preferred.
