About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Optical Subsystem Designer to lead the development of next-generation fiber optic transceivers. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing and developing OSA (Optical Sub-Assembly) with high performance and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop OSA architectures for high-speed fiber optic transceivers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements.
  • Develop specifications for subcomponents used in the OSA design.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering / Physics / Optics or equivalent.
  • or MS degree with 3+ year's work experiences in related field (developing electrical/optical components for fiber optic communication).

$150,000 - $200,000 per year

This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
