Molex, a global leader in electronic and optical solutions, is seeking a skilled High-Speed Optical Transceiver Test Engineer to join our Optical Test group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our cutting-edge high-speed optical transceivers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of fiber optics and optical transceivers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining software for optical test systems using LabVIEW and/or Python, designing and implementing optical transceiver test procedures, collaborating with hardware engineers to develop optical test strategies, analyzing test data, and providing detailed reports to stakeholders.

Additionally, you will have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field is required, along with proven experience with LabVIEW and Python programming. Experience with optical test equipment such as OSA, BERT, and Optical Power Measurements is also highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000 per year, plus variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
