Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.
  • Manage employee benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and changes.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless benefits delivery.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Two years' employee benefits, premium reconciliation, and bank account experience preferred.
  • One year of accounting experience or familiarity with journal entries preferred.
  • Excellent Business Communication Skills.
  • Proficient use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Loan Vision preferred.

Work Schedule

This role requires 24 hours weekly, flexible full-days, and one day in-office per week.
