Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Calibration Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calibrating the propulsion system, learning the propulsion software, and performing systems engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate key software components and calibrate various parts for the production vehicle.
  • Prototype vehicle calibration and support.
  • Translate vehicle requirements into development and testing plans.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and teams to ensure successful launch and release.
  • Define, execute, and supervise design verification plans.
  • Support production ramp and field issue resolution.
  • Provide program deliverables on time per major development milestones.
  • Manage calibration change management and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in propulsion controls, calibration, and/or testing.
  • Ability to review software documents and learn software.
  • Demonstrated experience with calibration and design verification through the complete product cycle.
  • Strong technical research and writing skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Experience in the full product life cycle.
  • Reactive and/or DFSS black belt.
  • Previous Hybrid or electrification calibration experience.
  • HW/SW knowledge and validation/release experience.
