We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Washington Center in Argyle, NY.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and maintaining accurate health records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting and recording patient information, including vital signs and medical history
  • Administering medications and injections as prescribed by physicians
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assisting with daily living activities
  • Monitoring patient food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
  • Valid LPN state license
  • Good standing with the State Registry
  • Ability to work as a team member
