Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-acute care to residents
  • Monitor physical and mental wellbeing of residents and track vital signs
  • Perform intakes of residents and document health concerns and medical histories
  • Review medical records and charts of residents
  • Properly administer and verify medications
  • Help maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Be accountable for following and adhering to care plans for residents
  • Help medical staff with orientation and training
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Maryland state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
