Job Description

ARC Group is seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our dynamic Risk Management team in Miami, FL. As the Risk Manager, you will play a key role in managing the company's comprehensive insurance programs, including liability, property & casualty, auto, and group insurance. Your experience with corporate insurance renewals will be essential in ensuring the organization's risk strategies are both effective and efficient.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and strengthening the company's risk management framework, overseeing the bond and surety program, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. In this position, you will act as a strategic advisor within the organization, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.

Risk Management Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive risk management framework to ensure the company's risk strategies are effective and efficient.
  • Oversee the bond and surety program to ensure compliance with client and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation and remediation strategies.
  • Manage and administer claims, ensuring timely reporting and proactive follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate risk management experience or insurance brokerage, preferably with a large insurance company or brokerage firm.
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate corporate risks effectively.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships and lead through influence.
