Government Solutions Account Executive

The estimated salary for this position is $180k On Target Earnings ($90,000 base salary with potential to earn $90,000 in variable incentive compensation). Salary will be adjusted based on geographic location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify and propose additional products or services to meet evolving client needs.
- Retention and Growth: Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover opportunities to expand usage of Avolve's software products.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client objectives and organizational goals.
- Needs Assessment: Understand client challenges and goals to provide tailored software solutions that meet or exceed their requirements.
- Solution Delivery Oversight: Partner with implementation and support teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Avolve's solutions.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, trusted relationships with government clients.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product and engineering teams to address client feedback and shape future enhancements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and changes in government permitting and compliance processes.
- Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular updates on account status, forecast renewal revenue, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
