Job Summary

The Custodial Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of custodial services, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients and employees. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and supervise custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with department managers, directors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Tour and Inspection: Conduct regular tours and inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with quality management standards.
  • Job Order Management: Review and coordinate job orders and specifications to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping: Maintain compliance with Aramark's and client's standards of operation, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Budget Management: Understand and manage departmental expenses, including supply needs and labor costs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in custodial operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to read, write, and understand the native language.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with machinery related to custodial operations and ability to work well under time constraints.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and/or extended walking and standing.
