3. Inform potential clients about the roofing services available, emphasizing the advantages of upgrading to superior materials and energy-efficient options.
4. Provide precise estimates and quotes tailored to the scope of work and specific insurance coverage.
5. Work closely with insurance adjusters to facilitate accurate claim submissions, negotiations, and approvals.
6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance policies and coverage specifics to effectively communicate and negotiate with adjusters.
7. Foster and sustain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, insurance agencies, adjusters, and suppliers.
8. Stay informed about advancements, trends, and shifts in the roofing and insurance sectors.
9. Collaborate with the roofing operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
