- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to MyMichigan Health's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
- Education: Graduate of a medical assistant program and certification (RMA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience: 3 months of experience in a healthcare setting, with basic knowledge of medical office policies and procedures.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows and other necessary computer functions.
This role requires occasional lifting of 11-20 pounds, frequent standing, walking, and pushing/pulling of arm/leg controls. The physical demand level is light, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities is essential.
