• Follow proprietary recipes and production methods to create consistent, high-quality cakes.
• Operate commercial-grade ovens and equipment to bake cakes to perfection.
• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, and monitor the baking process to ensure quality and consistency.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet production demands and achieve productivity goals.

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a related role is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production demands.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy weights (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
