Baker Assistant

At Nothing Bundt Cakes #195, we're seeking a skilled Assistant Baker to join our team. As a key member of our bakery crew, you'll work closely with our Baker to ensure the highest quality cakes are consistently created for our guests.

• Follow proprietary recipes and production methods with precision to achieve productivity goals.
• Assist the Baker with preparing raw ingredients, placing cake pans in the oven, and monitoring the baking process.
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines and NbC policies.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production demands and ensure a smooth baking process.

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar operational support role is a plus.
• Ability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
