Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes #195. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cakes that meet our customers' expectations. If you have a passion for baking and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.

• Follow proprietary recipes and production methods to create consistent, high-quality cakes.
• Operate commercial-grade ovens and other bakery equipment to produce a variety of cakes.
• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, and monitor the baking process to ensure quality and consistency.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the Bakery Manager to develop and implement production plans, and monitor inventory levels.

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a related role is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to lift items of moderate to heavy weight (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to follow recipes and production methods accurately.
• Ability to work independently, and to take initiative to resolve issues and improve processes.
