Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. As an expert field service technician for AV systems, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in field service, with a strong background in audio visual systems, including Crestron DM and NVX / AMX, BIAMP, QSC, DANTE AUDIO, and other related technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support for AV systems, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct site surveys, preventative maintenance testing, and write concise service reports and system site surveys.
  • Lead and mentor junior/intermediate level field service technicians.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Candidate must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to stand, kneel, and/or crouch for long periods of time.
  • Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding, lift in excess of 50 pounds, and work in hot humid places, as well as cold places.

Pay and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $50-$60 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental & vision, critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short and long-term disability, health spending account, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, time off/leave, and PTO/vacation/sick leave.
