Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused professional to join our Personal Lines Insurance Department as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional customer relationships by handling inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions, including phone calls and correspondence, regarding payment and documentation
  • Transfer customer calls to relevant departments and team members
  • Educate customers on available self-service options provided by their insurance carrier
  • Upload service tickets into our customer relationship management system from carrier websites
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our agency management system
  • Perform administrative duties as needed, including answering phones, processing mail, and greeting visitors
  • Optional: Manage company social media accounts by creating engaging content and responding to page interactions
  • Participate in meetings and discussions as required

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Estimated salary for this position is $47,500 - $57,500 per year.
