About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter and Wrapper to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meat products for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meat Product Preparation: Cut, trim, and wrap meat products according to established standards and quality control procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering questions and making recommendations on meat products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that products are properly stored and displayed.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for meat products, including freshness, appearance, and packaging.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Meat Cutting and Wrapping Experience: 1+ year of experience in a meat cutting and wrapping environment
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
