We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Sierra Health and Wellness Centers. As a key member of our outpatient care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess clients and develop treatment plans in accordance with standardized procedures and physician staff guidance.
- Provide medical management of clients with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and chronic medical conditions.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to treatment planning for assigned clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff members to ensure comprehensive care.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Current Registered Nursing (RN) License required.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University required.
- Master's Degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
- Active registration as a Nurse Practitioner by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
- Certification from a national accrediting body, such as the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
- Active Nurse Practitioner Furnishing license.
- Active DEA number.
- Competitive hourly rate: $65.38-$98.08.
