Senior Meat Cutter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Walmart. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our meat department.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to provide high-quality products to customers.
• Be a Business Leader: Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, planning for profitability, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Be a Customer Advocate: Provide exceptional customer service by being an advocate for the department and the club, and modeling high-quality service and products.
• Be a Compliance Champion: Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.

• 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
