Community Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufactured housing community in Medford, Oregon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management and maintenance of our facilities.

Job Summary:
This part-time position (20-25 hours per week) offers a competitive salary of $1,500 per month, plus housing and utilities. You will be responsible for managing office work and maintenance tasks, including rent collection, rental agreement enforcement, and administrative duties. If you have excellent communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience in property management, we encourage you to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Rent Collection: Collect and deposit space rents and additional fees on time, follow up on late/delinquent rents, issue late rent notices, and initiate eviction proceedings as necessary.
Rental Agreement Enforcement: Enforce terms of Rental Agreements and Facility rules, supervise RV and manufactured home placement, ensure compliance with home standards, Facility rules, governmental codes, and requirements.
Administrative Duties: Prepare monthly manager's reports, maintain petty cash funds and tenant histories, review tenant applications, execute rental agreements, promote vacant spaces, and update Facility inventory lists.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain common areas, grounds, vacant yards/spaces, landscaping, and equipment, including back-up portable gas-powered sewer pumps, recreation buildings, laundry facilities, RV storage areas, drains, streets, parking areas, and sidewalks.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of property management experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to perform facility maintenance tasks
