We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Community Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our manufactured housing community in Medford, Oregon.

Job Description

This part-time position is approximately 20-25 hours per week, with a mix of office work (50%) and maintenance tasks (50%). The successful candidate will have excellent Microsoft Office skills and be proficient in rent collection, enforcement of rental agreements, and facility rules.

  • Collect and deposit space rents and additional fees on the day of collection.
  • Enforce terms of Rental Agreements and Facility rules to ensure tenant compliance.
  • Supervise placement of RV's and manufactured homes into the Facility.
  • Maintain compliance with home standards, Facility rules, governmental codes, and requirements.

The Community Manager will also prepare monthly manager's reports, maintain petty cash funds and tenant histories, and review tenant applications. Additionally, they will contact local area manufactured home dealers and Facility managers to promote vacancies and new tenants.
