Multilingual Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multilingual Community Manager to join our team at Cascade Management. As a key member of our housing property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring the highest possible occupancy rates, and providing exceptional customer service to residents.
Job Description- Implement strategies to enhance the value of assets and maximize financial returns
- Coordinate business operations, leasing, collections, marketing resident services, maintenance, risk management, expense control, information reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures
- Implement Cascade Management's policies and procedures
- Track and reconcile properties' accounts receivable
- Make recommendations to management for improvement of company policies, procedures, and practices
- Handle resident evictions, prepare notices, and collect rents
- Manage property staff with guidance from Portfolio Managers
- Promote harmonious relations among tenants, employees, owners, and the local community
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-3 years of experience in tax credit, HUD, and/or affordable housing preferred
- Certificates, licenses, and registrations as required by law
- Ability to read and interpret documents, add, subtract, multiply, and divide, and operate basic office equipment

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000 based on industry standards and location. This compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits plan and opportunities for professional growth and development.
