Ambulatory Clinic Administrator

The Ambulatory Clinic Administrator is responsible for the management of multiple physician practice locations and/or with a team of 15+ providers. This role is responsible for managing all functions of the assigned physician practices operated by Frye Regional Medical Center, including organization and planning of the services provided by the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides supervision and direction for administrative and clinical employees, ensuring adequate and efficient staffing.
- Develops and implements efficient and effective systems and processes to ensure patient service and financial viability.
- Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinates performance improvement activities and ensures adherence to standards for OSHA, JCAHO, infection control, and safety and security protocols.
- Develops and implements comprehensive programs to ensure delivery and management of efficient and financially responsible delivery of quality healthcare in the physician office setting.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Five years experience as a Practice Manager or equivalent experience in a healthcare environment.
- Strong written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, make decisions, and implement changes.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and coordinate work activities.
