  • Ensure yield management goals, baseline process flows, and reliability and quality requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • Direct experience at the senior director level or higher leading a team in advanced packaging technology development.
  • 20 years' experience in the semiconductor industry with experience in technology development and operations.
  • Master's degree in a related technical field.

The University of Texas at Austin offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 + depending on qualifications.
