About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at OSL Retail Services Inc. as a Credit Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
