CRi, a leading provider of clinical services, seeks a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant for our Intensive Community Facility (ICF) program in Arlington, Virginia.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly compensation package, with an estimated annual salary of approximately $46,560 based on 32 hours per week.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer company-paid benefits including health insurance options, a 403(b) retirement fund, and life insurance for eligible employees.
About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to individuals with daily hygiene activities, monitoring their vital signs, and performing various assigned service duties.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting individuals with all hygiene and personal Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Assisting individuals with planning and preparing nutritious meals and monitoring dietary needs
- Obtaining individuals' vital signs, monitoring blood levels, and obtaining consumer weight as directed by physician's orders
- Maintaining accurate progress notes, recording medication compliance, and reviewing nursing notes
- Assisting individuals with initiating and completing laundry tasks
- Observing individuals' level of functioning and reporting changes to the Program Manager and/or Nursing staff
- Reporting concerns or observations regarding individuals' behavior and level of functioning
- Familiarizing yourself with each individual's nursing protocols to provide individualized service
- Developing therapeutic alliances with all individuals
- Assisting individuals with attending medical appointments and discussing medical issues with physicians and other health professionals as needed
- Attending and completing required CRi trainings and other designated trainings
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Be certified as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Virginia
- Be certified as a Medication Aide in the State of Virginia
- Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Have related experience preferred
Working Environment
This role requires working in an indoor and outdoor program site and various community locations. You must be able to move with ease and have light and/or heavy lifting capabilities.
