Job Summary: Client Services Coordinator

">

We're seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator who will support our outreach department's efforts to educate families and grow our business. This role involves assisting with the enrollment process at all stages, understanding the field of ABA, and conveying how our services may benefit families in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Enrollment Process: Adhere to enrollment practices, educate families on our services, and move them through the enrollment stages.">
  • Take Ownership of Client Pipeline: Understand the client pipeline, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to drive growth.">
  • Communicate Effectively: Understand the field of ABA, convey the benefits of our services, and engage with families to build strong relationships.">
  • Support External and Internal Communications: Assist with communications efforts that enrich culture and experience for the families we serve.">
  • Achieve Set Metrics: Meet company growth targets, track metrics, and analyze data to optimize the enrollment process.">

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to juggle multiple projects, and maintain professionalism under pressure.">
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM platforms like FreshSales, Salesforce, or Hubspot.">
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Track record of being assertive, organized, and effective when interacting with referral sources and customers.">
  • Bachelor's Degree Required: Public Relations, Marketing, Healthcare, or Communication degree with relevant experience.">
  • High EQ: Compassion, empathy, and a deep desire to contribute to the company's mission.">
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and want to grow with our company.">
  • Flexible Work Environment: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and achieve goals without compromising quality.">

We provide a competitive salary, guaranteed bi-weekly paycheck, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. Our starting salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 annually.
