About the Role
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide critical support to our team. This role requires a friendly, upbeat demeanor and excellent communication skills. The incumbent will be responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, maintaining office supplies, processing mail, and performing routine administrative duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to requests for information
- Maintain office supplies and process mail
- Prepare or coordinate the preparation of routine correspondence, reports, and special projects
- Schedule meetings with clients on behalf of our Financial Advisors
- Update the contact management system with client contact and preference information
- Assist Financial Advisors in the preparation and follow-up for client meetings
Requirements
- Previous administrative/secretarial experience desired
- Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
- Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is between $18-22 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include holiday pay and PTO.
