We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation in our Asian restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menu items, recipes, and cooking techniques to meet the highest culinary standards.
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute menu development, inventory management, and food cost control.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure accurate and timely ordering of ingredients and supplies to meet kitchen demands.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to meet company targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and high standards.
