We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise store staff to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage store finances, including budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:
