As a Grill Cook, you will oversee all aspects of the grilling station, maintaining the utmost standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively communicating with team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Preparing grilled items swiftly and accurately while adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Being responsive to customer requests and delivering exceptional service.
  • Safely operating and maintaining grilling equipment.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to uphold high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Organizing the grilling area, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper food rotation.
  • Completing necessary prep work and managing food production processes.
  • Maintaining a clean workspace by thoroughly cleaning equipment and areas.
  • Promptly reporting any issues to supervisors and following their guidance.
  • Carrying out additional duties as directed by management.

Additional Duties:

  • Managing the grill area in accordance with established protocols.
  • Ensuring efficient, precise, and safe food preparation.
  • Enhancing guest satisfaction by maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Building positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.
  • Communicating effectively with management regarding all pertinent matters.
