Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser Travel Retail Service Lead to join our team at Acosta Group. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for leading a team and performing reset and remodel work, including implementing plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in the organization and execution of reset and remodel work, effectively partnering with store personnel for scheduling and communication.
  • Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset and remodel work, with a working knowledge of merchandising and retail terminology.
  • Partner with store personnel and coworkers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and build effective working relationships.
  • Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to assigned reset and remodel work.
  • Perform job safely by demonstrating full awareness of surroundings, utilizing proper safety techniques and equipment when necessary, and proactively alerting management to any unsafe acts or conditions.
  • Understand and follow all Acosta Group policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Some experience may be substituted for some of the above education.
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience with the authority to direct and oversee employee daily work activities.
  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Prior sales agent, retail, and reset responsibility experience preferred.
  • Comfortable utilizing technology, including smartphones, computers, copiers/faxes, and handheld devices.
  • Strong demonstration of core competencies, including Quality Commitment, Detail Oriented, Customer Service, Communication Skills, and Effective ability to work accurately with web-based applications.
