Position Summary
The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store while ensuring the achievement of corporate objectives and directives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement
    Provide a positive representation of the store by proactively assisting customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Store Management
    Supervise overall store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Control
    Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring timely stock replenishment, and maintaining organized merchandise displays.
  • Team Development
    Support the training and development of associates, promoting a culture of growth and advancement within the team.
  • Leadership
    Act as a leader in the absence of the General Manager, fostering a collaborative environment and communicating effectively with all team members.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. Previous experience in retail management is preferred, with a focus on hardware retail being advantageous.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and climb as necessary.
