Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Hire Military Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, including receivables and payables information
  • Assist with invoicing, job setups, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Attend site meetings and create to-do lists to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Open permits and schedule inspections as necessary
  • Print job scopes and project details for field staff
  • Assist with estimates, insurance forms, and other administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Custom residential construction experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints
