Job Title: Construction CDL Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction CDL Driver to join our team at Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. The successful candidate will operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner, perform daily maintenance and safety checks, and follow directions from supervisors.

Responsibilities:

* Operate equipment in a safe and appropriate manner
* Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment
* Proper machine start-up, operation, and shutdown knowledge
* Operate the Water Truck safely and efficiently
* Understand and follow directions from supervisors as to required work area
* Monitor vehicle performance, fluid levels, and mechanical fitness
* Operate other heavy equipment and other construction related duties as required

Requirements:

* High School diploma/GED
* Minimum of 2 years experience
* Must have a CDL Class A license with Tanker endorsement
* Willing to do laborer work
* Ability to work as a Team Member and work in a professional manner and a positive attitude
* Motivated self-starter and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Ability to work safely under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment

Work Environment:

* Frequent cross body movements such as bending, climbing into equipment, lifting (up to 75lbs), twisting, standing, balancing, stooping, handling materials, moving around hazardous sites
* Good Eye to Hand coordination a must. Depth perception required.
* Flexible availability to include overtime and possible weekends
