About the Role:

  • Reconcile operating and store accounts, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
  • Maintain personnel files, I9 records, and other employee data with utmost confidentiality.
  • Process new hires, rate changes, and other information into the Paychex system.
  • Receive and compute time cards for employees, ensuring timely payment.
  • Audit eligibility and payment of paid absences, upholding company policies.
  • Support the work therapy program component by demonstrating professional conduct, work habits, and supervision.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years related experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
