Compensation Coordinator

- Receive and compute time cards for employees, ensuring timely payment.
- Audit eligibility and payment of paid absences, upholding company policies.
- Support the work therapy program component by demonstrating professional conduct, work habits, and supervision.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years related experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
