Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Salt Creek Grille Restaurants. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen on a daily basis, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and food presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
* Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the kitchen areas
* Ensure the execution of quality service and food presentation
* Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures
* Maintain inventory, manage supplies, and control costs

Requirements:

* Minimum three years of experience in high-volume full-service or casual dining/quality dining restaurants
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff
* Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
* Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
