Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Dialysis Nurse to provide acute care services in Madison, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of recent acute dialysis experience and be able to work 34 hours per week with flexible 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in an acute dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
