Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Baker to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As an Assistant Baker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality cakes are consistently produced for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Cake Production:** Follow proprietary recipes and production methods with precision to achieve productivity goals.
  • **Equipment Operation:** Effectively utilize commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake cakes.
  • **Ingredient Preparation:** Assist the baker with accurately preparing raw ingredients and equipment for baking.
  • **Production Flow:** Assist the baker with daily baking and production flow, and process cakes according to company standards.
  • **Quality Control:** Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes, and maintain baking and refrigeration logs.
  • **Workstation Maintenance:** Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, and assist the baker to ensure all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift.
  • **Health and Safety:** Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
