Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver personalized care and support to residents, focusing on their daily living needs and skill development.
  2. Maintain the residence, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and well-documented.
  3. Manage residents' personal belongings and finances securely and discreetly.
  4. Accurately document resident and residence records, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
  5. Participate in meal preparation, staff training sessions, and team meetings to foster a collaborative environment.
  6. Comply with community policies and procedures, safeguarding resident confidentiality.
  7. Support emergency staffing and cover colleagues' absences as needed.

This part-time position demands flexibility, requiring the coordinator to work over 30 hours per week, including weekend shifts.
