The Ultra manufacturing division is responsible for the production, integration, and testing of a diverse array of products and systems that deliver innovative capabilities to our clients.

Nationality Requirements

Candidates must be eligible to obtain the necessary security clearance required for the role, due to the sensitive nature of the programs we undertake for our clients.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and disassemble hardware as needed. Replace defective electrical and mechanical components.
  • Perform de-soldering and soldering of electrical parts.
  • Clean and reassemble hardware.
  • Interpret process instructions and drawing specifications.
  • Maintain documentation and records as required.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and propose solutions related to processes, fixtures, and tools.
  • Support and cross-train in various areas as necessary.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, or a technical certification.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and comprehend English work instructions and drawings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow directions.
  • This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person eligible for any necessary Export Authorization.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in assembly within defense manufacturing or aerospace sectors.
  • Basic math skills (addition and subtraction, e.g., interpreting dimensions).
  • Familiarity with basic manufacturing tools and equipment, such as multimeters and torque gauges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both in teams and independently.
  • High motivation and a proactive attitude.
  • Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination for working with small components.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Capacity to perform repetitive hand movements.
  • Ability to stand and walk as required.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs unassisted.
